I thought this set lunch prepared by my wife looked really good. I believe it tasted really good too.
She is currently have lots of steak and fish. She likes cod and salmon and I buy quite a bit to store up in the freezer so that she can have them for lunch. We normally pack our dinner as it is quite troublesome to prepare since I reach home from work only at 630pm earliest.
Still thinking about the best way to go about our dinner. We order takeaways sometimes from Thai Express, Jerry steakhouse, pizza hut etc... but these options are pretty expensive, between $25-$50.... looking forward to home-cook style dinner.
Let me know if you have tried and tasted any cheap but nice takeaways that can be ordered from home and delivers right to our doorstep.
I don't really have any good recommendation for cheap and nice takeaways that can be ordered and delivered. I do however, have easy to make home-cook dinner that you can once in a while try to make despite only getting home at 6.30pm. I suggest you can try steam egg (just plain, or you can steam it with mince meat, or even better, seafood as well). Try also sweet potato with rice, or congee (which I think may be a little light for u). Steam fish, soy chicken wing. Pan fried teriyaki chicken thigh. Of course, Spaghetti is also a good alternative, don't really take that long to make. Try making some home-made soup as well. U can ask Belle to throw them in at around 4ish and should be ready by the time u get home. U just need to stock your fridge with some pork bones. Good suggestion will be potato, carrot and tomato soup. Also, can try carrot and corn, or even pear and apple soup. All very good for health, not too greasy and easy to make.
